Anabolic diet carb refeed

Mike how would go about using a planned caloric intake instead of basing everything on grams per lb of BW. I have done many diets and it seems that I always stay the same no matter what my training protocol is. I have done IIFYM and Carb-Backloading and nothing. I am 6’5 230lbs. I am in pretty good shape except for the pudge around by am very lean I mean veins in my thighs, chest, shoulder, and calves. I have always wanted to be more shredded (not stage shredded) but never could achieve it, could just be genetics. I want to give this carb-cycling a go but don’t know where to start. Right now i am going off of a 3000 cal diet with ~300 protein, ~230 carbs, and ~100g fat. I never know what calories to go by because I bust ass in the gym when I am in there. I was curious if you could point me in the right direction.

Diet-wise, stay the course with what you did during phase 1, but drop fat intake to .2 grams per pound of body weight. Also, two days out from your pool party or photo shoot drink at least two to three gallons of water. Consume gallons of water a day out before 3 PM and then cut it completely. Take in 50 grams of carbs from rice with about 60 grams of chicken breast every two hours on the day before until 3 PM. At 3 PM switch over to 5 rice cakes with honey every two hours until 9 PM, consuming two Flameout capsules each time you consume the rice cakes and honey at 3 PM, 5 PM, 7 PM and 9 PM. Maintain a moderate amount of sodium intake throughout this entire process from sea salt.

I'll reword it:

2 days of 500cal surplus of my maintance level(on training days on sunday and thursday)

5 days of -850cal cut of my maintance level(rest days)

That means monday, tuesday and wednesday all are restdays which mean 3 days in a row with -850cal cut of my maintance level each day intill my workout day on thursday, when I refeed.

Will such a big calorie cut -850 of my maintance level 3 days in a row harm my diet in any way before I refeed again on thursday? (monday,tuesday and wednesday)

I mean -850 cal cut of my maintance level is pretty big and doing that 3 days in a row before I refeed maybe isn't that optimal for keeping muscle and strength?

Or maybe it's better to have 3 refeed days/week, then it's only two days in a row with such a big calorie cut from my maintance level.
