After ten years of working out regularly and seeing less than satisfactory results, I spent three and a half years devoting little time to fitness and put on fifty pounds of fat. I had tried spending two hours a day in the gym, several different diets, and countless supplements that promised to help me reach my muscle building goals. After seeing the testimonials paired with the 90 day money back guarantee, I decided that I had nothing to lose and purchased the system. I lost a half of an inch of off my waist after just the first week! I achieved better results in 9 weeks than what I had achieved over the past year of working out and dieting. It is awesome to see how so many people are amazed at the results. Just look at the definition in my abs and obliques! What is also incredible is that I have gained over 10 pounds of muscle mass to go along with the 13% decrease in body fat. This system is the real deal and I can't recommend purchasing it enough. The price of this program is a bargain to achieve the kind of life changing results that you will undoubtedly see if you follow the system as it is described. Thank you for all of your assistance throughout the past months Francesco; I couldn't have transformed my body without your help.

One of my favorite corrective exercises to improve overhead mobility is the elbow wall walk. The benefits of this exercise are numerous, but there are three primary goals when you do it correctly. First, it activates the shoulders’ external rotators, which helps pull the head of the humerus into its ideal position. Second, the exercise activates the serratus anterior, a muscle that’s essential for upward rotation of the scapula. Third, the elbow wall walk teaches your client to reach overhead without extending the lumbar spine.

In the last years, mainly 2 high-intensity-training (HIT) protocols became common: first, a Wingate-based "all-out" protocol and second, a 4×4 min protocol. However, no direct comparison between these protocols exists, and also a comparison with high-volume-training (HVT) is missing. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to compare these 3 endurance training protocols on metabolic, hormonal, and psychological responses. Twelve subjects performed: 1) HVT [130 min at 55% peak power output (PPO)]; 2) 4×4 min at 95% PPO; 3) 4×30 s all-out. Human growth hormone (hGH), testosterone, and cortisol were determined before (pre) and 0', 30', 60', 180' after each intervention. Metabolic stimuli and perturbations were characterized by lactate, blood gas (pH, BE, HCO₃⁻, pO₂, PCO₂), and spirometric analysis. Furthermore, changes of the person's perceived physical state were determined. The 4×30 s training caused the highest increases in cortisol and hGH, followed by 4 × 4 min and HVT. Testosterone levels were significantly increased by all 3 exercise protocols. Metabolic stress was highest during and after 4×30 s, followed by 4×4 min and HVT. The 4×30 s training was also the most demanding intervention from an athlete's point of view. In conclusion, the results suggest that 4×30 s and 4×4 min promote anabolic processes more than HVT, due to higher increases of hGH, testosterone, and the T/C ratio. It can be speculated that the acute hormonal increase and the metabolic perturbations might play a positive role in optimizing training adaptation and in eliciting health benefits as it has been shown by previous long term training studies using similar exercise protocols.
